Earl W. McQueston Jr

WINCHENDON – Earl W. “Rusty” McQueston Jr., 74, formerly of Winchendon died Saturday, November 20, 2021 in Eliot Health Care Center, Natick.

He was born in Winchendon on November 14, 1947, son of Earl W. McQueston Sr of Winchendon and the late Madeleine E. (Niall) McQueston.

Rusty worked for many years at New England Woodenware as a machine operator.  He proudly served his country during the Vietnam Era as a member of the United States Army and was stationed in Germany.  He was an active member of Eugene M. Connor Post 193 American Legion, Frederick Wilder White Post 1068 VFW and the Winchendon Rod and Gun Club.

In addition to his father, he leaves two sons, Earl William McQueston 3rd and James McQueston and a brother, John E. McQueston of Winchendon.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 10 AM in Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon.  Services will be streamed and may be viewed at the following link: https://webcasts.lifetributes.com/1179532

A calling hour will precede the service Tuesday from 9 to 10 A.M.

Burial will be in Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, Winchendon.
