Ruby Dembek

Ruby (Erickson) Dembek, 86, died Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Gardner Rehab.

Ruby was a daughter of the late Gunnar and Gladys (Bacon) Erickson, Ruby was the wife of 60 years to Victor Dembek, mother of Michelle Dembek-Christian and her wife, Sandi Christian, grandmother of Lena Christian, David Christian, and Steve Girouard, great-grandmother of Jaxon Holden and Adrian Phillips, and sister of Keith Erickson.

She is predeceased by two brothers, Herbie and Gordon, four sisters, Shirley, Dorothy, Sandra, and Beverly. 

She worked for the telephone company for 25 years. She enjoyed playing Pitch with her friends Pat and Joe Arsenault. She loved going to the Casino and will be missed by many friends and other relatives.

Funeral services and burial will be private.

Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon, MA, is assisting Ruby's family with her funeral arrangements.
