Raymond J. Menard

WINCHENDON – Raymond J. Menard, 81, of 122 Ipswich Drive, died peacefully Thursday evening, March 28, 2019 in Wachusett Manor Nursing Home, Gardner.

He was born in Winchendon on September 13, 1937, son of the late Arthur J. and Rose E. (Baril) Menard and graduated from Murdock High School.  Ray lived in Winchendon for most of his life.

Ray had worked several years at the Tack Shop in Jaffrey, NH until his retirement.  He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army from 1960 to 1962.

He leaves his wife of 46 years, Carmen (Labier) Menard and several nieces and nephews.

Military funeral services will be held Thursday, April 4, 2019 at 2 P.M. in Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen Street, Winchendon.
