Myles W. Bosworth, 97, died Friday, May 2, 2025, at his home with his loving wife Dorothy (Plouffe) Bosworth by his side. He leaves his children, Robert Bosworth, daughter-in-law Carol Bosworth, Lucinda Priest, son-in-law David R. Priest, Lana Fred, son-in-law Michael Fred, and Gary Bosworth. He leaves behind three grandchildren, David M. Priest, Sara Priest Consalvo, and Scott Bosworth. He was predeceased by his oldest granddaughter, Lynn Higgins. He also leaves behind ten great grandchildren; Makenna, Madigan, Ross, Zachary, Olivia, Spencer, Shelby, Jocelyn, Jared, Jordan, along with one great-great grandson Hunter and many wonderful nieces and nephews.
Myles is predeceased by two siblings, however leaves behind David Bosworth, Linda Hunt, Lucille Summer and Larry Bosworth. He was born in Marlboro, NH, on May 22, 1927, son of the late Herbert and Maxine (Goodell) Bosworth. He worked for over 40 years as a Superintendent at New England Wood Ware. He was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Winchendon. He served in the US Navy during World War II. Myles never met a stranger, he enjoyed talking with everyone. He loved being outside, maintaining his house and his firewood stacks were a work of art. His family is so fortunate to have countless wonderful memories. He truly was one of a kind. The family would like to thank the Gardner VNA Hospice team and the Winchendon Fire EMT staff for their wonderful care.
