Lawrence "Larry" Barry

Larry was a brother to eight siblings. He was a beloved husband to Mary Ann for 44 years. Step dad to Kathy, and “Papa Larry” to his three grandchildren: Brenna, Aidan and Colin Duffey.

He was an Engineer in Infrared technology till 2023.

He is survived by brothers Roland and Arthur, and sisters Claire, Mary Jane, and Rita Dempsey. He is also survived by sisters-in-law Carol and Rita. His extended family includes two nephews and five nieces.

Through marriage, he also treasured his niece, Jen Peer and his sister-in law, Patricia Peer.

He was pre- deceased by his parents Emile and Marie Jean and brothers Richard and Emile and sister Theresa.

Please join us for a Communion Service, Celebration of Life and lunch reception in church hall Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 11:00 AM at St. Theresa the Little Flower church/Holy Trinity Parish, Rt 110, Harvard, MA.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the MSPCA. Larry was an avid defender and adopter of shelter cats.
