Kenneth A Lovell

TEMPLETON - Kenneth A. Lovell, 89, passed away Sunday, August 20, 2023 at Alliance Health at Baldwinville.

Kenneth was born on October 27, 1933, in Putney, Vt, the son of the late Clarence and Alberta (Hall) Lovell.  He grew up in Templeton on a farm on South Rd and has resided in Templeton all his life.  He attended schools in Templeton and was a graduate of Templeton High School.  He was A veteran of the Korean War and during his service with the Army, Ken drove a staff car for SHAPE ( Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe). 
 Kenneth was a driver for Budweiser, Lily Chemical, and Wilson Bus Lines before working for and retiring from the Town of Templeton Highway Department.  He enjoyed snowmobiling, camping, and yard sales.

Kenneth is survived by his wife of 39 years:  Janice (Davis) Lovell of Templeton; three step-children:  Diane L. Haley of Baldwinville, Mark R. Haley of Templeton, Patty Morrissey of Templeton; ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two sisters:  Irene Surette, and Marion Duvall.
He was predeceased by his brother Glenn Lovell.

A private graveside service with Military Honors at Rural Glenn Cemetery, Route 68, Hubbardston, MA.
