Ashlee Adam Oberg, born on January 28, 1985, in Boston, Massachusetts, was a remarkable man who lived his life with an enduring spirit of kindness and love.

Ashlee spent his life in Gardner, Massachusetts, where he nurtured his fondness for music, movies, friendships and the ocean. He held a special place in his heart for animals and was known for his compassionate nature. After graduating from Devereux School in Rutland, Ashlee worked for Friendly's and for the Westminster Country Club as an assistant in the kitchen. Ashlee was the youngest member of the Crystal Clubhouse, was a client of Open Sky, a member of Alyssa’s place, Muscle Works gym, and frequented church. Through all of these connections Ashlee enjoyed many experiences and gained many friends.

Ashlee is survived by his father, Donald Oberg; his stepmother, Janice Oberg; his step-siblings, Jennifer Harding her significant other Brian Vacho, Lynn Johns, her spouse Bob Johns, Sarah Berg, her spouse Joel Berg, Alina Oberg, her significant other Andreas Stefanakos, Jessica Beauregard, her significant other Robert Gagne, Eric Beauregard, his significant other Rachelle Gallant, Sonya Prince and her spouse Andrew Prince; and his aunts and uncles Ken Oberg, Sylvia Setevdemio, Christine Perla, Carolyn Fontaine, Debbie Guyer, Gary Allain, Sue Whalen, Yvette Reid, and was preceded in death by his mother, Charmaine Oberg; cousin Ashley Leblanc, his uncle and aunt Roland and Judith Couture, Ronald Oberg and his grandparents, Elbridge and Sylvia Oberg, Irene and Richard Brooks.

Ashlee’s life was a beautiful journey filled with love and compassion. His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched. 

A celebration of life will be held on October 29th, 2023 at Holy Spirit Hall, Gardner MA, 2:00-5:00 PM.

Memorial services at 2:30 with Reverend Doreen Noble.
