Anthony Edward Simeone January 13, 2006 – May 21, 2026

It is with unimaginable heartbreak that I share the loss of our son, Anthony, who passed away tragically on May 21st. To know Anthony was to love him. He had a way of making people feel welcome, included, and understood, and he carried a light that drew people together everywhere he went.

Anthony grew up in Baldwinville and earned his GED through the My Turn program in Leominster. He was most recently employed at PLP Composites in Fitzwilliam, NH, where he worked processing molded resin products. He took pride in working hard and being part of a team he cared deeply about.

Music was one of Anthony’s greatest gifts and passions. He could pick up almost any instrument and teach himself to play by ear — acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass, keyboard — and he loved creating his own music and riffs. He loved gaming, disc golf, airsoft in the woods, camping, fishing, and anything that let him be outdoors with the people he loved. One of his favorite places to spend time with friends was Doane’s Falls.

Anthony loved adventure and experiencing new places. Over the years he traveled to England, Grand Cayman, Haiti, Jamaica, Maine, and most recently took a memorable road trip to Georgia to visit family friends he adored. He especially loved trips to Gettysburg, Hershey Park, and Disney World with his Simeone family.

More than anything, Anthony loved his people. He had a rare ability to make others laugh, feel comfortable, and feel like they belonged. He leaves behind so many beautiful memories with friends, family, and coworkers whose lives are forever changed because of him. He especially cherished his Wal-Mart Cap2 crew and the many amazing young men and women he was proud to call friends.

Anthony leaves behind his loving mother, Erica (Savaria) Tucker, and stepfather, Wes Tucker, of Baldwinville, MA; his sister, Chloe Hooks, and brother-in-law, Ryan Hooks, of Fitzwilliam, NH; his father, Keith Simeone, and stepmother, Elizabeth “Liz” Simeone, of Lunenburg, MA; his stepbrother Ethan Gengler and stepsister Paige Gengler of Lunenburg, MA; his maternal grandparents, Edward and Jeanne Savaria of Alva, FL; and his paternal grandfather, Eugene “Gino” Simeone of Orange, MA. He was predeceased by his grandmother, Linda Simeone.

He also leaves behind his aunts and uncles: Laura & Tom Ercoli of Prospect, CT; Joana & Tim Harrigan of Derry, NH; and Carrie & Anthony Provencal of Westminster, MA; his beloved “Auntie” Tracey Raymond and “Ogre” Dick Raymond of Winchendon, MA; as well as his cousins Caroline Osborn, Zachary Byam, Zoe Harrigan, Zachary Harrigan, Jake and wife Kaitlyn Provencal, and Ryan and wife, Acacia Provencal.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made in Anthony’s memory to a nonprofit mental health organization such as Send Silence Packing. Learn more https://activeminds.org/our-story/

There will be no formal funeral or burial. Instead, we will gather to celebrate Anthony’s life on Wednesday, June 3rd at 5:00 PM at the American Legion Post 193 upstairs hall in Winchendon, MA.

Please come as Anthony would have wanted — comfortable and casual: band t-shirts, hoodies, shorts, whatever feels like you. We want the evening to feel like sitting around a campfire together, sharing stories, laughter, memories, and love for a young man who meant so much to so many.
