Ann L. Erickson

Gardner-Ann L. (Nord) Erickson, 92, died Monday, October 24, 2022, at Wachusett Manor after an illness. 

She was the wife of the late Walter Erickson.
She leaves one son, Dana A. Erickson, and his wife Paula of Phillipston; two granddaughters, Larissa A. Erickson of Athol and Krista C. Erickson of Providence, RI.

Ann is predeceased by a daughter, Sandra A. Erickson; a son, Bruce W. Erickson and a brother Carl Eric Nord. 

She was born in New York City, NY, the daughter of the late Gustav Eric and Maria (Persson) Nord. She was a 1948 graduate of Gardner High School. Ann was the Head Teller for Worcester County National Band, the Shawmut Bank, and then Bank of America. 

She was a member of the former First Lutheran Church in Gardner, she was a member of the choir, and was the Sunday School administrator. She was an avid reader and enjoyed going to the movies and gardening.  

Her funeral will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. in the Stone Ladeau Funeral Home, 343 Central Street, Winchendon, MA 01475. Friends and family can arrive at noon before the service. 

Flowers may be sent or memorial contributions can be made in her name to the Faith Lutheran Church, 627 Green Street, Gardner, MA 01440
